John C. Guilinger

John C. Guilinger, 63 of Toledo, OH, died Monday, January 29, 2018, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo.  Born November 8, 1954, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Carl E. and Lucille J. (Blanchard) Guilinger.  He was a 1973 graduate of Start High School.  John was employed by Panamex Express as a truck driver for the past 8 years. He enjoyed NASCAR, Motorcycles, and Ford Trucks.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Heidi (Michael) Herron; sisters, Jean  Roberts and Joyce (Eugene) Spychalski and grandchildren, Alex and Stephen.  John was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kailey Ann and nephew, Brian Roberts.

A gathering will be held from 3-7 pm, Saturday, February 3, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd, (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. The family wishes to thank the staff in the Progressive Care Unit and I.C.U. at St. Anne Mercy Hospital for their compassionate care.
